MindSweeper Creations
All products under the MindSweeper Creations brand is made specifically for you when you place your order. Because of this, these items may take a little longer to ship. We believe that the extra time allows us to ensure each product meets our high standards, providing you with a unique, quality item. Thank you for your patience and for being a valued customer—we’re confident you’ll love what we’ve created just for you! Here are our estimated shipping dates:
- Canada: 12-18 days
- US: 12-16 days
- UK: 9-13 days
- Countries in the EU: 12-18 days
Please Note: For orders shipping to Canada, delivery times for Blankets and Bomber Jackets may take 25-40 days. Delivery times for the US, UK, and EU remain standard.
Curated Collection
Products outside of our MindSweeper Creations line are part of our Curated Collection, carefully sourced products from trusted suppliers. Shipping times for these items vary depending on the product’s origin and supplier, with estimated delivery times calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that Curated Collection items and MindSweeper Creations products ship separately, so you may receive two separate packages from different locations at different times.

Shipping Costs
We offer a flat shipping rate to all countries. Below, you’ll find a chart outlining the purchase order amount required to qualify for free shipping in each country. If your order does not meet the minimum amount for free shipping, a standard shipping fee will apply, as indicated below.
Flat Shipping Rate
- Canada: $10 CAD
- US: $7 USD
- UK: £6 GBP
- Countries in the EU: €7 EUR
Free Shipping Over
- Canada: $100 CAD
- US: $73 USD
- UK: £61 GBP
- Countries in the EU: €70 EUR

Important Shipping Information
Address Accuracy: Please double-check that you have entered the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to address errors. If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, we will issue a refund for the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you place a new order.
Order Assistance: If you need assistance with your order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we cannot make any changes.
Shipping Time Estimates: Shipping times are approximate. While we strive for prompt delivery, we rely on third-party couriers and cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
Events Beyond Our Control: Delivery times may be affected by events outside of our control, such as utility interruptions, supplier delays, natural disasters, epidemics/pandemics, or government actions. In such cases:
- We will notify you as soon as possible of any delays.
- We will arrange a new delivery date once the issue is resolved.
Import Duties & Taxes: You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees levied once the shipment reaches your country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details about these charges.

Order Process
1. You place your order and will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.
2. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. During this time, we carefully prepare your products.
3. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.
4. Yay, your order has shipped, and you can track its progress. It will arrive at your doorstep soon!
5. Once your package arrives, we hope you'll love it!
Return Policy
At MindSweeper Collective, we offer products under two categories: MindSweeper Creations (print-on-demand products) and our Curated Collection. Our goal is to provide you with a seamless shopping experience and products of the highest quality. Please review our policy below for details on returns and other important information.
MindSweeper Creations (Print-on-Demand) Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Be sure to include a clear photo of the damage or issue in your email. We will arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
Note: Due to the custom nature of MindSweeper Creations products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for reasons such as design preferences or incorrect size selection.
For All Other Products
We follow the specific return and refund policies of our suppliers.
Damaged Products: Please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Be sure to include a clear photo of the damage or issue in your email. We will arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
Incorrect or Missing Products: Full refund or replacement for incorrect products. For missing parts, we will provide a partial refund or resend the missing part.
Undelivered Orders: Refunds are provided if the order remains in transit for 45 days (USA), or 60 days (most countries) after shipment. Orders marked as delivered but not received require an official non-delivery certification from your local post office.
Please note: If an incorrect shipping address is provided, or customs non-compliance occurs, we cannot offer a refund or resend.
